PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detachably mount a lens hood on an objective lens barrel, without having to make the lens hood rotate as a whole. SOLUTION: A video camera 1 includes the lens hood 19 mounted detachably on the tip end of the objective lens barrel 18, by being screwed with a screw 74 for attaching a filter provided on the tip end of the objective lens barrel 18. The lens hood 19 comprises a frame-like hood body part 81, a screw part 82 screwed with the screw 74 attached rotatably to the hood body part 81 for attaching the filter of the objective lens barrel 18, and a rotation operating part 83 for making the screw part 82 rotate.
