PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for measuring temperature distribution, capable of widening the temperature measurable range and further raising the gain, since the temperature distribution measuring apparatus can capture the output of each thermopile element without having it saturated. SOLUTION: The temperature distribution measuring apparatus is provided with a plurality of the thermopile elements 121 for detecting the distribution of infrared rays; a lens 11 for condensing light from a detection range; a first amplifying part 14 for amplifying detected signals; and a differential amplification part 17. The detection signals and D/A converted signals of a D/A conversion signal output part 23 for correcting the output difference between the center of the lens and its periphery, due to vignetting or the cosine-fourth law are added to the first amplifying part 14.
