PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high dielectric resin composition for obtaining a durable antenna for practical purposes which exhibits a high dielectric constant. SOLUTION: This high dielectric elastomer composition is obtained by compounding at least a dielectric ceramic and carbon black with an elastomer having a dielectric dissipation factor of≤0.007, and comprises, based on 100 pts.wt. elastomer, 600-1,400 pts.wt. dielectric ceramic, and 5-40 pts.wt. carbon black, and the above high dielectric elastomer composition has a dielectric constant of≥10 and a dielectric dissipation factor of≤0.007, and the above elastomer is at least one elastomer selected from styrene-based and olefin-based elastomers.
