PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape cutter capable of improving safety and automatically forming a non-adhesive portion serving as separating width at a cut end of an adhesive tape. SOLUTION: A reel 2 with a kraft tape T loaded thereon is connected with a bracket 1 bent and formed into an approximately U-shape. A scissors part 3 for cutting the kraft tape T and an operation lever 4 for opening/closing the scissors part 3 are provided inside the bracket 1. A tape guide part 5 having a recess cut off to have an approximately V-shape is provided on a top plate part 1a of the bracket 1.
