PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel cover having projections containing fine powder of tourmaline ore, magnetic powder or pellet-like magnets capable of ensuring health during the drive. SOLUTION: A steering wheel cover to cover a steering wheel of a vehicle is provided. The steering wheel cover is formed of a synthetic resin or a hard rubber, and molded by an injection molding machine or a mold. The steering wheel cover has projections containing fine powder of tourmaline ores and magnetic powder or pellet-like magnets.
