PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an insert resin molded product capable of enhancing the dimensional precision of a resin while preventing the positional shift of an insert part. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the insert resin molded product includes a holding process for holding a metal plate 52 between the energizing mold 13, which is provided to a movable mold 12 in a slidable manner and energized toward a fixed mold 11 by first-third springs 15-17, and the fixed mold 11 by the energizing force due to the first-third springs 15-17, an injection process for injecting a molten resin 54 into a cavity 20 in a state that the metal plate 52 is held in the holding process and a compression process for allowing the movable mold 12 to approach the fixed mold 11 against the energizing force due to the first-third springs 15-17 after the injection process not only to slide the energizing mold 13 but also to compress a molten resin 54.
