PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary mirror with a clip which eliminates the possibility of falling of a mascara container in the middle of making up of putting mascara on eyelashes while looking at the mirror. SOLUTION: The mirror 21 rotatably fitted to the clip 19 which can be detachably mounted to the thin and cylindrical mascara container can be nearly perpendicular to the mascara container and nearly parallel to it. That is, the clip 19 comprises: holding parts 23 for holding the mascara container therebetween; knobs 27 formed continuously at the holding part 23 and operated with the fingers; a pivot 28 where two pairs of the holding parts 23 and the knobs 27 are arranged opposing each other and pivot the continuous part with each other; and a spring 29 provided around the pivot 28 to urge the insert-holding parts 23 in a closing direction.
