PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To irradiate a subject at a desired imaging time by control signals reflecting response characteristics of a system including an X-ray tube emitting X rays. SOLUTION: An irradiation control part 10 stores the initial rise response characteristics of a tube current in an X-ray generating part 5 in advance and generates the control signals to start to change to the tube current value earlier than the desired starting time by a response time upon receiving information on a desired tube current value at the irradiation and a desired starting time to start the irradiation at the tube current value from an operational means.
