PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of being difficult to provide further tasty boiled rice, by uniformly raising the temperature by heating the inside of a pot only by heating from the pot bottom periphery in a rice cooker. SOLUTION: Steam generated from the inside of the pot is heated when cooking rice, and is discharged to rice and water from an opening part of a pot upper surface, and the inside of the pot can be uniformly heated while preventing drying, and the taste of boiled rice of the whole pot inside can be further improved by reducing uneven boiling.
