A device (1) intended for respiratory therapy. The device is easy to adjust for a variable expiratory pressure. The device (1) comprises a first at least partly cylindrically shaped part (2) and a second (3) at least partly cylindrically shaped part (3). Each of the two parts (2, 3) comprise a hole (6, 7) of a triangular shape. As the first part (2) partly surrounds the second part (3) the holes (6, 7) are intended to be positioned opposite each other, forming a resulting opening (12) of variable size. The opening (12) is visible to and may be sensed by the finger tip of a patient. A scale (11) for adjusting the size of the opening has indications arranged with equal distances but the expiratory pressure is increased progressively. This facilitates the educational phase of the therapy. The device is easy to clean as it only consists of two parts main parts. |
