<p>A method and composition with altered absorption route of oral drugs and improved total bioavailability, specifically a method, composition and use thereof for absorption of bioactive lipophilic, hydrophilic compounds or mixture of both in gastroenteric system and for improvement in total bioavailability. The special method and composition are characterized in that pharmaceutical or nutritional substances, including monomer compounds and mixture thereof are mixed with one or more organic medium, and mixed with one or more antiacid protector(s). Compositions are manufactured into dosage forms of drugs or nutrients in conventional manner. Clinically, pharmaceutical or nutritional formulations manufactured by process as above are delivered into body orally, resulting in increase in absorption of drugs or nutrients in stomach of a human, decrease in degradation and metabolism of compounds by digestive tract, and improvement in total bioavailability of drugs or nutrients.</p> |
