An apparatus for supplying minute parts is provided to periodically remove lumping of the minute parts due to static electricity or magnetism inside a hopper by supplying air generated from a compressor to the inside of the hopper. In an apparatus for supplying minute parts(10), a hopper(20) has an inlet(22) and an outlet(24) to stack the minute parts(10) inside. A supply tube(30) supplies the minute parts(10) to a substrate(70) by being connected to the outlet(24) of the hopper(20). A compressor(90) disperses the stacked minute parts(10) by supplying air to the inside of the hopper(20) so as not to make the minute parts(10) stacked in the hopper(20) lumped by static electricity or magnetism.
