Thermoanalytical sensor and method for its production

A sensor has thermo contacts (5, 8, 9, 10) arranged in two levels, which are arranged on one above the other and separated by an insulating layer. The connections of the thermo contacts serving for the formation of the sections of the switching arrangement extend in the levels. The corresponding ends of the sections are connected with one another for forming the switching arrangement by an interlayer connection. An independent claim is also included for the production of a thermoanalytical sensor.
