Provided is a functional insole designed three-dimensionally in consideration of ergonomic and kinematical aspects to maximize wearing sensations and to thereby minimize fatigue of feet. The functional insole comprises a woven layer(11) absorbing sweat and preventing skid; a sub-cushion layer(12) absorbing shock or impact on the heel; a main synthetic resin layer(15) consisting of a first main synthetic resin layer(13) of low hardness(about C35 or lower) and a med-hardness second main synthetic resin layer(14) of medium hardness(about C3 to C65) for supporting a foot; a sub-synthetic resin layer(16); and a main cushion layer(19) consisting of a front sole main cushion layer(17) and a heel main cushion layer(18) for absorbing impact upon the front sole portion and the heel. The main and the sub synthetic resin layers(15,16) have protrusions(13a,14a,16a) providing massage stimuli to a user for relieving fatigue of feet. |
