PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain cost reduction, lighter weight, simpler recycling, and improved recycling rate. SOLUTION: In a method for molding a model 1 by operating a process machine in accordance with the data on the appearance shape of the model 1 and for producing a molding die 2 for molding the synthetic resin product of the appearance shape of the model 1, the molding die 2 is molded such that the model 1 is mounted in a box frame which is partially open, a frame body 5 is positioned spaced with a predetermined gap 7 above the model 1, synthetic resin torn materials 9 formed in any shape using notch pieces or recycling products used in the other products are put in a predetermined space above the frame body 5, and a predetermined amount of silicon material 4 is then injected in the box frame 6. |
