Provided is a massage belt having a belt body and a vibration generating portion, thereby improving a massage effect by installing plural vibration generating portions on the belt body at regular intervals. A belt body(11) is closely fixed to a physical portion which is to be massaged such as a user's belly. A vibration generating portion(12) has a rotation driving member(121), an eccentric rotating force generating member(122), and a rotation driving force transmitting member(123). The rotation driving members are installed on both sides of the belt body at constant intervals for generating a vibration of an oval trace with respect to the user's physical portion. The eccentric rotating force generating member generates an eccentric rotating force by transmitting a rotation driving force of the rotation driving member. The rotation driving force transmitting member transmits the rotation driving force of the rotation driving member to the eccentric rotating force generating member.
