A method and a device for offering a mobile homepage to a mobile terminal are provided to enable a user to represent individuality to a caller through diverse multimedia as well as a ring-back tone by registering the mobile homepage displayed to caller and A/V(Audio/Video) data displayed to the mobile homepage, and displaying the mobile homepage to the caller. Each user terminal(200-1~200-n) transmits a phone number list, which is stored to the inside, to a mobile homepage providing server(300) and stores address information received from the mobile homepage providing server by linking with a matched phone number if the address information of the mobile homepage corresponding to the phone number list is present in the server. The user terminal checks the address information linked with the phone number when the user inputs the phone number. If the address information linked with the phone number is stored in the user terminal, the user terminal receives and outputs the mobile homepage by connecting to the server. The server stores a setting value and the mobile homepage address information of each member.
