A bottom material for a shoe and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to evenly disperse shock and weight applied to a user's foot sole toward the whole of the user's foot sole using a three-dimension shape. The bottom material of a shoe has a surface, with which a sole of a user's foot is in contact, having a shape corresponding to a sole shape of the user's foot. The bottom material of the shoe consists of an upper surface(12) in contact with the sole of the user's foot, a center cushion(14) formed on the center portion thereof with a resiliency, and a lower bottom(16) in contact with the ground or with an inner portion of the shoe. A reinforcing layer is formed on the lower portion of the lower bottom. The upper surface, center cushion, and lower bottom are made of the same material.
