A method for manufacturing a polymer foaming part using liquid silicon rubber is provided to obtain a Shore A hardness reduced by ten percent at the minimum as compared with a polymer forming part which is not manufactured by LSR foaming. In a method for manufacturing a polymer foaming part using liquid silicon rubber, the forming substance exists in two individual components(A,B) before the components are machined. In the manufacturing process starts, the two components are fed to two streams(32a,32b) individually. In the feeding step, an expansion agent(C) is continuously injected to the two components or one of the components. The two streams are mixed at an increased pressure after the injection. The reaction mixture is injection-molded to a heated cavity at a lower temperature.
