The invention relates to a connection plate (10) between the body (12) of a valve (11) for hydraulic or pneumatic circuits and an actuator suitable to control the rotation of the valve stem (13), the valve body (12) being provided with pawls (12') for restraining the stem (13) rotation. This plate (10) comprises a shaped body (14) that can be inserted on the valve body (12) and has an opening (15) for the valve stem (13), said shaped body (14) defining passageways (16) for the pawls (12') and adjacent seats (17) where the pawls (12') are housed and held following a rotation of the plate (12') during assembly. This allows connecting conventional types of valves and actuators to each other.
