A system for remotely controlling a computer with a mobile phone and a webpage is provided to enable a user to set a control command by accessing a controlling/monitoring web server with the mobile phone through the mobile Internet and make the computer controlled by receiving the control command from the web server storing the inputted control command. The web server(2) includes the webpage having a function for setting the control command, the webpage extracting/displaying the set control command, and a database(3) storing the set control command, and is connected to the Internet(6). The computer(1) includes a program, and the program has the function for controlling the computer and calling the webpage displaying the set control command by connecting to the web server. The mobile phone(4) calls the webpage for setting the control command without any authentication process by making the web server automatically extract a phone number of a manager from the database.
