Tube bundle heat exchanger

The exchanger has a holding plate (9) with a respective sealing seat for a tube (4). The sealing seat enables passage of the tube and simultaneous housing of a sealing unit. A tightening plate (11) has respective passage seats to bring a secondary chamber (5) into fluid communication with the tube. The holding plate is interposed between a tube plate (6) and the tightening plate. An independent claim is also included for a method of assembling a heat exchanger.
