<p>Covering material (I) with stamped shapes has a colored plastic supporting film, in which the color is produced by dyes inside the support that have no abrasive action on the stamping tool. Covering material (I) with stamped shapes is obtained in a finishing process for producing single- or double-sided adhesive stamped shapes, in which single- or double-sided adhesive tape is placed on (I), from which the shapes are stamped, especially in the kiss-cut process. The novelty is that (I) has a colored plastic supporting film, in which the color is produced by dyes inside the support that have no abrasive action on the stamping tool. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) A variant in which a colored layer is applied to the front and/or back of the plastics supporting film; and (2) The use of a plastic, especially polyester, supporting film, with a completely colored layer on the front and/or back, in covering material for single- or double-sided adhesive tape.</p> |
