A heat resistant and oxidation resistant mold material for Cu-alloy die casting and hot working comprises: 10 to 30 at.% of aluminum(Al); 0.1 to 15 at.% of chromium(Cr); 0.1 to 10 at.% of zirconium(Zr); 0.1 to 4 at.% of iron(Fe); 0.1 to 1 at.% of carbon(C); 0.1 at.% of boron(B); 0.1 to 10 at.% of niobium(Nb); 0.1 to 10 at.% of molybdenum(Mo); 0.1 to 10 at.% of tungsten(W); within a range of 0.5 at.% of traces of other unavoidable elements, and the balance of nickel(Ni) based on the total alloy weight.
