A method for forming a conductive film and a method for manufacturing an electronic apparatus are provided to obtain electronic devices with high reliability by using the conductive film as an electrode member. A method of forming a conductive film(13) includes the steps of: arranging a liquid material(12) containing a fine particle material on a base body(P); and forming the conductive film(13) by sintering the liquid material(12) placed on the base body(P) by using light illumination using a flash lamp. |
