Methods for enhancing the secretion efficiency of a recombinant foreign protein in the yeast expression system are provided to reduce precipitation of the recombinant foreign protein caused by its overexpression by controlling the level of galactose as an inducing material of a galactose induction promoter, and reduce the production costs of the recombinant foreign protein. The method for enhancing the secretion efficiency of a recombinant foreign protein in the yeast expression system comprises the steps of: (i) transforming host yeast with a recombinant foreign gene construct sequentially containing galactose induction promoter, secretion sequence and foreign protein gene whose expression is affected by the galactose induction promoter to produce the transformed yeast; and (ii) culturing the transformed yeast under the condition to control the activity of galactose induction promoter, wherein the galactose induction promoter is GAL1 promoter of SEQ ID NO:1, GAL10 promoter of SEQ ID NO:2 or GAL7 promoter of SEQ ID NO:3; the secretion sequence is alpha-secretion sequence of S. cerevisiae(SEQ ID NO:4), K1 killer toxin signal of S. cerevisiae(SEQ ID NO:5), invertase secretion sequence of S. cerevisiae(SEQ ID NO:6), killer toxin signal of Klueveromyces lactis(SEQ ID NO:7), killer toxin signal of Pichia acaciae(SEQ ID NO:8), killer toxin signal of Hanseniaspora uvarum or killer toxin signal of Pichia anomala; and the condition to control the activity of galactose induction promoter is the condition to reduce the transfer speed of galactose in a cell.
