A drum-type washing machine with a dry function having a thermoelectric module-type condensing apparatus is provided to remove necessity to supply the cooling water as well as a cooling fan and improve the energy efficiency by installing the outer air supply duct and a heat sink. A drum-type washing machine with a dry function having a thermoelectric module-type condensing apparatus is composed of a tub(3) mounted to save the washing water; a drum(4) rotatably installed in the tub; a motor(5) mounted to transfer the driving force to the drum; a circulation duct for forming a circulation path of the air to flow the air discharged from the drum into the drum again; and a thermoelectric module(10) for condensing/removing the moisture of the wet air discharged from the drum. An outer air supply duct(15) is mounted to flow the air to the drum after air-cooling the heating surface of the thermoelectric module. A heat sink(10a) is mounted at the heating surface of the thermoelectric module.
