<p>A refrigeration device is provided to generate reactive oxygen species by electrolysis of drain water by mounting electrodes on a drain pan, thereby permanently restraining the generation of slime. A refrigeration device includes a drain pan(22) receiving drain water from a heat exchanger(16). The drain pan is formed with an indent portion(22A) at a bottom surface, in which a pair of electrodes(51,52) are disposed and connected to an electrode controller(53). When the electrodes are supplied with power, the electrodes generate reactive oxygen species by electrolysis of the drain water. The reactive oxygen species restrain the generation of slime in the drain pan or a drain pipe(19).</p> |
