An inhibitor particle, a method for producing the same, an electrode paste, and a method for producing an electronic device are provided to suppress deterioration of capacitance by preventing an electrode from being shorted. An inhibitor particle includes a core portion(51) and a cladding layer(52). The core portion(51) is made of dielectric material. The coating layer(52) covers around the core portion(51). The coating layer(52) is made of noble material. And, the noble material includes material selected from a group consisting of Ru, Rh, Re, Pt, Ir and Os.
