A method and an apparatus for processing unloading of a tower type container loading system is provided to load a container by transversely driving trebling of a cage to the lowermost floor of a loading chamber in which an auxiliary truck waits. In a method for processing unloading of a tower type container loading system, a truck(5) in an elevation passage moves one cage(3) to the upper side for storing and moves the other cage to the lower side for delivery. A cage in the other elevation passage is separately provided on the lowermost floor in a loading chamber of a rack structure. A container is conveyed through an auxiliary truck. The container with respect to the auxiliary truck is unloaded by transversely driving trebling of the cage to the lowermost floor of the loading chamber.
