An apparatus for seaming fin materials for a heat exchanger is provided to prevent a formation inferiority while forming a part of the heat exchanger by forming a welding portion so that the welding portion is inclined with respect to the widths of the pin materials. An apparatus for seaming fin materials for a heat exchanger includes a cutter(140) and a welding machine(150). Corresponding end portions of pin materials are disposed so as to face each other in a straight line so as to have the same width. The cutter cuts the folded and facing portions. The welding machine welds the corresponding cut portions of the fin materials face to face. The cutter includes a cutting blade cutting the pin materials so that the facing portions are inclined by a predetermined angle.
