A reinforcing device of a steel pipe pile foundation is provided to make construction easy and to secure structural stability and durability. A reinforcing device of a steel pipe pile foundation contains: plural piece supporting members(200) provided with through holes(210) to penetrate main reinforcing bars(20) and installed to the head of a steel pipe pile(10) by a piece supporting member fixture(100), which is composed of a fixing groove(110) having a nut part, a through groove(120) formed on the steel pipe pile and a fixing bolt(130) fixed to the fixing groove via the through groove; a backing plate(400) located in the appointed depth from an opening of the steel pipe pile to support the concrete placed on the upper part and fixed to the bottom of the main reinforcing bar penetrated the through hole of the piece supporting member by a main reinforcing bar fixture(300), which is composed of a fixing groove(310) formed on the deep part of the backing plate to fix the bottom of the main reinforcing bar and double nuts(320a,320b) attached to the fixing groove to fix the upper and lower parts of the main reinforcing bar; and a backing plate supporting member(500) suspended on the edge of an opening of the steel pipe pile to support the backing plate on the steel pipe pile and composed of a support supporting the backing plate, an extension extended upward from the support to be located at the appointed depth from the opening of the steel pipe pile and a hanger formed on the top of the extension to be suspended on the edge of the opening of the steel pipe pile.
