STANDING REPRESENTATIVE LINKAGE SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF IN SECURITIES LENDING AND BORROWING

A system and a method for linking a standing representative of security lending/borrowing transaction are provided to enable a joiner, a custody institution, and the standing representative to conveniently/efficiently process the security lending/borrowing transaction by automatically performing frequent account transfer between the joiner and the custody institution based on simple input from the standing representative. A standing representative terminal(300) performs the input/output for the borrowing transaction of a foreigner, and performs lending/borrowing application and mortgage fixing/canceling claim of the security lending/borrowing transaction committed from the foreigner. A custody institution account part(200) stores security information by being fixed from the foreigner in case that a borrower or a lender is the foreigner. A security lending/borrowing intermediating system(500) automatically performs the account transfer between a borrower account part(400), a lender account part(100), and the custody institution account part if the lending/borrowing application and the mortgage fixing/canceling claim are received from the standing representative terminal.
