A rotary type briquette boiler is provided to allow a user to easily change briquette by permitting a plurality of combustion cylinders arranged into a circle in a fire chamber to be rotatable. A rotary type briquette boiler comprises a fire chamber in which a plurality of combustion cylinders are arranged into a circle; a water reservoir which is arranged to cover a top surface and a side surface of the fire chamber, and has a heating water supply pipe(330) and a heating water recovery pipe(300), and an interior with a heat exchanger; and a rotary unit which is arranged at a bottom surface of the fire chamber, and includes a rotary plate for rotating the combustion cylinders in the fire chamber. The fire chamber has a chamber housing with a briquette inlet port on which a first lid is arranged. The water reservoir has a reservoir housing with a top equipped with a second lid arranged at the position corresponding to the position of the first lid.
