摘要 A structure of an organic light emitting diode display device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to eliminate a waste of dimension by not requiring a partition structure of inverse-trapezoid type. In a structure of an organic light emitting a diode display device, a transparent first electrode(302) for an anode is formed at a rear side of a transparent substrate(300). An insulating layer(304) is formed on an upper surface of the first electrode(302). A partition(310) is formed on an upper surface of the insulating layer(304) perpendicular to the first electrode(302). An organic light emitting layer(306) is formed on a remaining surface of the first electrode(302), where the insulating layer(304) is not formed, by depositing an organic material on an upper side of the partition(310). A second electrode(308) for a cathode is formed on the organic light emitting layer(306) and the partition(310), wherein the second electrode(308) is patterned to be separated each other at the upper side of the partition(310). A protective layer(312) is formed to prevent a steam from infiltrating into the separated area of the second electrode(308) at the upper side of the partition(310).
