Provided is an anti-bacterial liquid coating composition for an eco-friendly paint composition, which has excellent water resistance, weather resistance, anti-fouling property and mechanical strength, and contains no VOC. The anti-bacterial liquid coating composition comprises: 30-40 wt% of a metal silicate; 1-3 wt% of a siloxane-based surfactant; 0.5-2 wt% of nanosilver; 3-7 wt% of at least one additive selected from the group consisting of triethyl silane and acetic acid; and the balance amount of water. In the anti-bacterial liquid coating composition, the silicate is surface-modified with aluminum ions. The paint composition comprises the anti-bacterial liquid coating composition and a natural pigment. |
