Provided are a portable pillow and acupressure appliance having a supporting member and an acupressure boss, thereby enabling a user to eliminate user's fatigue and stress by smoothly circulating the blood. A rectangular supporting member has a constant space formed on an inner portion thereof and plural inserting holes formed on an upper surface thereof. A lower portions of plural acupressure bosses(20) are detachably engaged to the inserting holes of the supporting member. The acupressure bosses are engaged at regular intervals of 7 to 15 cm in a width direction of the supporting member, and are engaged at regular intervals of 3 to 10 cm in a depth direction of the supporting member. Plural assistant acupressure bosses(22) are formed on the upper surface of the supporting member, and has a diameter smaller than that of the acupressure boss. |
