<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability and waterproofness by easily and accurately positioning a plurality of base plates laid in a line on roofing tiles, and easily and firmly mounting a roof functional panel in an appropriate position on the roofing tiles through the base plates. <P>SOLUTION: In this mounting structure, the base plates 1 of a solar battery panel are placed on the roofing tiles, and fixing bars are placed on the upper faces of the base plates 1. Fasteners such as screws or nails are driven into a roof backing from the fixing bars through the base plates 1 and the roofing tiles to fix the base plates 1.
