<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lay or carry an object to be laid or an object to be carried smoothly in short time if the object to be laid or the object to be carried has heavy weight without abrading or damaging a sealing wire rod. SOLUTION: A cut line 11a is formed over entire length of a pipe 11 at a longitudinal lower face of this pipe 11 and an inner movable member 12 which is movable in the pipe 11 by compressed air is inserted in this pipe 11. A pendant plate 13 an upper end of which is connected with the inner movable member 12 in the pipe 11 projects at lower side of the pipe 11 and an object to be laid is suspended at a lower end of this pendant plate 13. A sealing wire rod 14 which can seal the cut line 11a is arranged over entire length of the pipe 11 and a wire rod lead in part 16g for leading the sealing wire rod 14 opposite to the pendant plate 13 inside the pipe 11 is formed in the inner movable member 12.</p> |
