摘要 A method for producing hydrogen gas by using a photosynthetic microorganism is provided to improve production yield of hydrogen under the high salt concentration condition. The hydrogen gas is produced by culturing the photosynthetic microorganism in a medium in the presence of 3% NaCl through photosynthesis, wherein the photosynthetic microorganism is Rhodobacter sphaeroides KD131(KCTC 12085); the medium contains D, L or DL type of organic acid as a carbon source; the organic acid is malate, acetate, lactate or butyrate; and the cultivation is performed under the lighting of 7-10 klux.
