A method for vicariously performing registration in the online and a receiving method thereof are provided to enable a user to perform birth or death registration in the online, and automatically offer additional services like one hundredth day and first birthday anniversary management, or crematorium reservation if the birth or death registration is performed. If a reporter requests report registration, a report including information for a certificate for proving report particulars in case of the lawful reporter after checking whether the reporter is the lawful reporter by using an electronic sign(S310). If a certifier requests the registration of the certificate, the certificate is registered in the case of the lawful certifier after checking whether the certifier is the lawful certifier by using the electronic sign(S320). In the case that the certificate is matched with the information related to the certificate stated in the registered report, the certificate and the report are converted into report data of a format requested from an authorized registration site(S330). The merged report data is transmitted to the authorized registration site(S340). |
