ASSEMBLY OF TWO HEAT EXCHANGERS

The assembly of heat exchangers (2,3), mounted against each other e.g. in a vehicle air conditioning system, gives a circuit with tubes and ribs, and collectors (4,5) or collecting tubes (10,11) on both sides. The tubes of the first heat exchanger and the tubes (9) of the second heat exchanger are aligned across each other. The collectors of the first exchanger are offset against the collector tubes of the second exchanger by 90 deg. . Holders (4a,4b,5a,5b) at the corners of the first exchanger pass over the second exchanger for its support.
