A method for compensating a frequency error between a computer and a GSM module by using asynchronous HLDC protocol telecommunication is provided to rapidly and accurately compensate a CDAC(Digitally Programmable Array Capacitor) value and an AFC(Automatic Frequency Control) value. A method for compensating a frequency error between a PC(12) and a GSM module(13) by using asynchronous HLDC protocol telecommunication includes the steps of: detecting a frequency error between a PC(12) and a GSM module(13); identifying a current error compensating setting number set by the GSM module(13) through asynchronous HLDC protocol telecommunication at the PC(12); correcting the current error compensating setting number and transmitting the corrected error compensating setting number to the GSM module(13); and changing the current error compensating setting number to the corrected error compensating setting number at the GSM module(13).
