A digital multimedia broadcasting receiver comprising an integral multiple frequency synchronization unit is provided to reduce the complexity of hardware in a signal synchronization unit thereof, thereby decreasing the entire cost and electric power. A correlation operator correlation-operates sample data of phase reference symbol by the group unit, wherein each group is composed of 128 samples. The correlation operator includes a first delay unit(400), a logical operation unit(410), and a first adder(420). An accumulator accumulates and delays the output of the correlation operator. The accumulator includes a second delay unit and a second adder(430). A search unit(450) searches for a location where the maximum value of the output of the accumulator is obtained.
