An auxiliary frame for ascent and descent is provided to support an assembly before arranging bars and installing tie rods to form a form using an internal wall panel assembly and to introduce a small-sized electromotive pulling device separately, and a form system for a hoistway of an elevator using the auxiliary frame for ascent and descent is provided to construct a hoistway of an elevator effectively and economically by introducing a pulling device such as a tower crane or a winch using an internal wall panel assembly. An auxiliary frame(10) for ascent and descent contains: many vertical pipes(11) keeping the interval corresponding to the area of a hoistway of an elevator and having the corresponding height to two or more stories of a building; horizontal pipes(13A,13C,13D) connecting the vertical plates; and a support(15) having a support member inserted to both sides of the horizontal pipes to be symmetric with each other and exposed to the outside of the horizontal pipe to be inserted to a fitting hole(W1) of a hoistway wall(W) of the lower story to support the whole frame. A form system(S) for a hoistway of an elevator contains: the auxiliary frame for ascent and descent; many external wall panels; an internal wall panel assembly(P1) composed of internal wall panels(20B) connected with the external wall panel by tie rods inserted to fitting holes, hinges(40A,40B) placed on the contact plane of each panel, and a guide member attached to the internal wall panel for the vertical pipes of the auxiliary frame for ascent and descent; and a reinforcement skeleton formed by arranging two main reinforcing bars and zigzag lattice bars.
