摘要 Provided are a method for manufacturing a chromatography for molecular recognition, a chromatography column obtained by the method which can selectively isolate functional components with high purity from natural material, and a method for isolating ferulic acid using the chromatography column. The method for manufacturing the chromatography comprises the steps of (i) mixing a template molecule(desired material), a vinyl monomer which recognizes the template molecule by specific linkage, and crosslinking agent in solvent, (ii) irradiating the mixture solution to form a high molecular matrix by radical polymerization, (iii) crushing and screening the high molecular matrix, (iv) filling a chromatography column with the screened high molecular matrix, and (v) injecting the solvent for isolation of the template molecule into the column, so as to isolate the template molecule.
