An apparatus and a method for fabricating a flat display device are provided to reduce faulty occurrence by straightening a warped substrate with a predetermined heat supplied via a scribing table having a heater. In an apparatus for fabricating a flat display device, a plurality of displaying elements is formed at a substrate. A scribing table(70) on which the substrate is loaded, performs a dividing process for the plurality of displaying elements. And, the scribing table(70) includes at least one heater(72) which supplies a heat to the substrate. |
