A loading and unloading system of a container is provided to reduce the cargo working time and the transfer time of the container according to the installation of the hydraulic pressure cylinder controlling the vibration of the container and the saw tooth wheel shelf. A loading and unloading system of a container(180) comprises a container transfer apparatus(170) transmitting the container; a cargo working container yard(150) shipping and discharging the container formed like a saw tooth and transmitted at the container transfer apparatus; a container cargo working bar(160) placed on the saw tooth of the cargo working container yard to transmit the upper container of the shelf of the saw tooth wheel of the container transfer apparatus; and a cargo working auxiliary container yard(200) where the container cargo working bar is settled.
