A call matching system using an LBS and an optimization theory and an unmanned call center operating method using the same are provided to allow a service provider to increase profit by reducing an initial cost and operating funds, and enable effective management and maintenance through a control system. A mobile phone(P1) of a client is comprised. An End_User system(P2) drives an SK-VM application for allowing a service engineer to perform wireless communication with a server system. An agent system(P3) drives a PDA-based application by using wireless communication for managing an operation of a service provider. A control system(P4) manages an agent and an End_User. A server system (S1) receives a client call, and performs call matching and various data services. A server memory unit(M1) uses data required for an operation in real time. A data base unit(M2) stores data required for each operation. A wireless communication base station(A1) detects location information of a client and the service driver. An SKT LBSP(A2) converts a position value detected by the wireless communication base station(A1) into a GPS coordinate value. An SKT PIIS(A3) transmits an SMS for informing the client and the service driver about a situation. |
