A data structure for a subscriber-paid mobile broadcasting service, a method for the subscriber-paid mobile broadcasting service, and a mobile broadcasting receiver are provided to supply high quality services to a paid service subscriber in a service shadow area without obstructing a free service subscriber by changing a frame structure of a DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) service received through a paid gap filler. A transmission frame of a signal, which is retransmitted from a paid gap filler, consists of a synchronization channel, a main service channel for transmitting actual service data, and a fast information channel for transmitting constitution information of the data channel transmitted through the main service channel. Herein, the last OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) symbol of the main service data and the first OFDM symbol of a fast information channel of the next frame are exchanged.
